1、 Implement the following supplementary regulations:
1： Before starting work, do the following:
1. Check that the blade plate, cutting blade rod, punch, concave die, etc. are intact without cracks, installed correctly, and securely fastened.
2. After adjusting the cutting mechanism, it is necessary to check the gap between it and the concave mold clamp, and it is strictly prohibited to start the equipment without inspection.
3. When the cutting blade has been folded, the roller in the cam groove must be removed before inching the equipment.
2： In work, achieve:
1. When starting the equipment, only when the feeding device is disconnected, can the main motor be started to drive the flywheel to rotate. Only after waiting for the flywheel to reach full speed can the feeding device be connected. When stopping the equipment, the feeding device should be disconnected first, and then the main motor should be stopped.
2. Do not stop the slider at the "dead point" position. If the slider stops at the "dead point", only manually rotate the flywheel to correct it, and do not start the equipment.
3. The processed bar or disc materials must be cleaned, the burrs on the material heads must be ground off, and flat materials are not allowed.
4. Regularly pay attention to the working condition of the tray rack, and stop immediately if chaos is found. When the material processing is almost finished, the tail of the material should be removed from the tray.
